Une personne sans probl\u00e8me de sant\u00e9 est en capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9aliser cette activit\u00e9 (ou de participer) dans un environnement humain, social, architectural normalis\u00e9. Dans ces conditions, le besoin se d\u00e9finit comme un \u00e9cart \u00e0 la norme de r\u00e9alisation, tout en s\u2019appuyant sur les capacit\u00e9s et potentialit\u00e9s, les habitudes et le projet de vie de la personne. Il est entendu comme le besoin de la personne au regard de la r\u00e9alisation d\u2019une activit\u00e9 et dans un environnement donn\u00e9. La limitation d\u2019activit\u00e9 peut \u00eatre plus ou moins grande tant en qualit\u00e9 qu\u2019en quantit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\">\u00c0 noter que la sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 des enfants doit n\u00e9cessairement \u00eatre prise en compte dans l\u2019\u00e9valuation des besoins, et donc par extension dans la nomenclature des besoins, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 ce que l\u2019OMS pr\u00e9cise. Ces prestations ne sont pas directement en lien avec les projets individuels des usagers et ne permettent pas (sauf quelques exceptions) de r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 un ou plusieurs besoins.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Pour autant, elles sont indispensables au bon d\u00e9roulement et \u00e0 la qualit\u00e9 des prestations \u00ab directes \u00bb.
