Ces \u00e9quipes de pilotage seront les personnes ressources dans les unit\u00e9s.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Quatri\u00e8me phase de formation :<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Formation des \u00e9quipes de terrain \u00e0 l&#8217;utilisation pratique des documents et outils mis en \u0153uvre.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Chaque formation est l&#8217;occasion pour les stagiaires de travailler en groupe sur une dynamique interne insuffl\u00e9e par les \u00e9quipes de direction.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #333399;\">Nous sommes amen\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00e9laborer avec les \u00e9quipes pluridisciplinaires des r\u00e9f\u00e9rentiels d&#8217;\u00e9valuation des usagers sur diff\u00e9rents axes.
